Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
  • Returns and exchanges can also be processed through Sengab branches, provided you have the invoice and the item is in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

Steps for Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support

  2. Provide Order Details
    Share your order number and mobile number with the support team.

  3. Specify the Reason
    Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange and identify the item(s) in question.

  4. Report Issues with the Product
    If the item received is defective or does not match the displayed image, share clear photos of the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.

  5. Shipping Costs for Defective Items
    Sengab covers all shipping costs for defective products or cases where the wrong item or size was delivered.

  6. Shipping Costs for Other Reasons
    For returns or exchanges not due to defects or errors, customers will bear the shipping costs.

  7. Post-Usage Issues
    If a problem arises after using the product, provide a detailed written description and clear images of the issue at the time it is discovered.

  8. Quality Inspection
    If the product requires inspection, it will be collected and assessed by our Quality Control Team. A response will be provided within 1 to 3 days of receiving the item at our facility.

  9. Promotional Offers
    If the return or exchange invalidates any promotional offer previously applied, the offer will be canceled.

  10. Delivery Timeline for Exchanges
    Replacement items will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Return and exchange requests are processed within 48 business hours.


Refund Methods

  • Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued via Vodafone Cash or another e-wallet.
  • Card Payments: Refunds will be processed through the original bank account used for payment.
