Return and exchange policy

Sengab allows you to have an enjoyable and flexible shopping experience with its convenient return and exchange policy for its customers.

Please note that the return process takes up to 14 working days.

Sengab allows you to open and inspect the shipment with the representative, and in case the order is rejected, you can return it with the representative without incurring any shipping costs, but if you encounter a problem after receiving the order and want to return or exchange your order, please follow our return policy.

How the replacement request works:

1- The fastest way to replace your order is to go to the “Return and Return” page and follow the simple steps there to make your own replacement request

3- You can also contact us on one of our social media pages to make a replacement request

4- Your new order will be sent with the shipping representative and the old order will be received within 72 working hours without any shipping costs

5- Please make a replacement request using only one method from the above in order to avoid making more than one request at one time

How the return request works:

3- The shipping representative will be sent to you again with the amount due to receive your order without any expenses

5- The returned product must be in its original condition, its brand and price must not be removed, and the box must be kept if the shoes are returned, with the need to also keep the invoice and receipt, otherwise we will not be able to complete the return / exchange process.

6- As a Sengab customer, you are entitled to return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt and refund the amount via the same applicable payment method.

7- The replacement process is free of charge in the event of any errors in the application or non-compliance with specifications.

8- If you want to replace the product with another product, the customer will bear the shipping cost

9- If we cannot reach you by phone or SMS, the return/exchange request will be canceled 3 days after the first attempt.

10 - Please note that if you want to return an item that was purchased inside a package, the package must be returned in its entirety and re-order again.

Non-returnable products:

According to our return and exchange policy, the following products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons to ensure safety for Sengab customers:

• Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and not in their original condition.

• Shoes without their original packaging.

• Products for which the price tag or brand has been removed.

• Non-returnable items fall into the following categories: lingerie, lingerie, beachwear, hats, caps and scarves, watches, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, and hosiery.
